Our Family

We are the proud parents of four girls and a Saint Bernard! I am the one who does most of the schooling in the house. I work as our Town's Election Warden, High School Varsity Cheering Coach, Rec Senior Twisters Cheerleading Coach, and am the Treasurer for the Maine Youth Cheerleading Coaches Association.

My husband is a US Veteran of the Army and works in retail. He loves to see the girls be the best they can be and doesn't complain too much about living in a house full of women. He is very handy with tools and has made many things for our classroom including our bookshelf and desks.

Katriana is 10 years old and enjoys track, soccer, competitive cheerleading, indoor soccer, and almost any other sport she can do.  She is an over achiever in her school work and has worked hard to be at the same learning level as her older sister.  She likes to get her work done right away and hates to procrastinate.  She's the type that would like school to start at 5:00 AM.

Elesha is 11 years old and is our dramatic girl. She loves to lounge around the house in "comfy clothes" and can often be found still sleeping at 9:00 AM, if we let her. If she had her way school would begin at 6:00 PM and be over at midnight. She hates to go to sleep at night and prefers to find every excuse she can to stay up a little later. During her free time she enjoys drama, track, cheerleading, and field hockey.

Richelle is our 16 year old. She is enrolled in public school full time and loves the socialization part the best. She enjoys reading books and listening to music. She has won several Maine State Twirling Champion titles at the Junior age division.  She enjoys being part of the High School Varsity Field Hockey Team.

Samantha is our 18 year old daughter. She is currently enrolled in the Nursing Program at the University of Southern Maine.  She enjoys spending  time with the family.

Patches and Peanut.  Sad to say but both our guinea pigs passed away this winter.  They will always be remembered in our hearts.

Miss Matilda is our gentle giant St. Bernard.  She loves people and is at your feet all the time.  She is 5 years old and weighs in at about 160 pounds.  She works very hard at conserving as much energy as possible and sleeping, she is a wonderful family member.
